Ashley is working full-time now at Goodlife Fitness. Ashley said, “Connection gave me confidence and skills to “ace” my interview and helped me to make my resume impressive”.

Trevor is now working full-time as a Dishwasher at the Curry Pot. Trevor said, “Connections gave me a bomb shell resume, a good work attitude and good people helped me to help myself”.

Jeff is now working full-time at Tim Hortons. Jeff said, “Connections gave me perspective of the job market in Vernon. The staff are very supportive and kind and are always willing to help”.

Matt now works full-time as a “Dish Washer” with Royal Knight Restaurant. Matt said “Connections helped me by giving me helpful advice, giving me access to computers and the photo copier, giving me one-to-one assistance with goal setting and by encouraging me with their positive attitudes”.

Chantel is now working full-time at a Management Trainee with Goodlife Fitness. Chantel said, “Connections staff are such wonderful, dedicated people. Anything I needed they were there to offer support and answers. My resume was improved as well as my cover letter. She opened up a new path that I may not have seen on my own and now I’m on my way to a great career. With her help I was able to contact any and every resource that was available to me. More importantly the entire staff is so genuine and care for everyone they meet. They call you by name and remember well pretty much everything you tell them. When they ask how you’re doing they are asking because they really care, not just because it’s their job. You have all made such a positive impact on the youth in Vernon. It’s nice to know we have support from our community”.
